Bank-data terms.
These terms apply when Yev or Savannah uses Openfeed to connect selected banking information to Household Finance.
Accurate and authorised use
You will provide accurate information, connect only an account you own or are lawfully authorised to share, use the connection only for lawful household purposes, and promptly tell the app operator if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your authorisation
By connecting, you authorise Household Finance to access, receive and use the banking data you select for cash-flow tracking, tax preparation, property planning and household decisions. Data received through Openfeed is handled under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Household Finance privacy policy, not the Consumer Data Right data safeguards.
No harmful or unlawful activity
You must not use the connection, Openfeed or this app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, disruptive or harmful activity, or attempt to interfere with their security or operation.
Availability and responsibility
The connection and data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Bank and provider delays, interruptions or incomplete data may occur, so important financial or tax decisions must be checked against source documents and professional advice. Nothing here excludes a right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Biza’s rights
Biza Pty Ltd, the operator of Openfeed, is an intended third-party beneficiary of clauses 1–5 and may enforce them. For the limited purpose of providing the Openfeed connection and enforcing these terms, Household Finance acts as Biza’s limited agent.
Stopping access and keeping records
You can change shared accounts or disconnect from Settings. Disconnecting stops future access but retains existing ledger records for tax and planning continuity. Permanent removal is a separate action available after disconnection and follows the retention rules in the privacy policy.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the app will require acceptance of a new version before starting a new bank connection.
